Zarda Pulao ko meethe chawal bhi kehtein hain. Zarda ka matlab peela hota hai islieyin is dish ka naam zarda pulav hai.

Ise toyaharon k mosam mein khas kar bnaya jata hai. Is mein bahut sarein meva aur desi ghee dala jata hai joh ki iska swad bahut bda deta hai.

Yeh pulav bachon ko behad pasand aatein hain, ise hum thanda bhi kha saktein hain. Ismein kesar dala jata hai jisse zarda pulav ka rang bahut hi sundar aur nikhar kar aata hai.

Toh aayein shuru krtein hai ise banane ki vidhi.

Banane Ka Samay (समय)

Bnane ka samay : 20/25 minutes

Ingredients of Zarda Pulao (सामग्री)

  • Basmati Chawal 250 gram
  • Laung – 2/3
  • Ghee – 3 bade spoon
  • Hari  elachi -1
  • Chinni 200 gram
  • Badam – thode se baarik katein hue
  • Pista – thode se baarik katein hue
  • Kishmish
  • Kewra – ek chota chamach
  • Kaju -thode se baarik katein hue
  • Kesar – 1 Chutaki

Recipe of Zarda Pulao (विधि)

1. Phle chawal ko 1/2 ghante ke liye bhigo de.

2. Ab ek pan mein Ghee garam kre aur usme elachi, chinni, kesar , kewra dal kr ache se mix krein.

3. Aap ab gas slow kr de aur pan ko dhak deaur chinni melt hone tk.

4. Kuch der bad  jb Cheeni melt ho jaye  tb isme chawal ke double mtlb 500gram pani dal de. Ab pani boil hone ka intezar krein. Pani boil hone pr isme chawal dale.

5. Jb ye boil hone lge to gas slow kr ke dhk de and chawal pkne de.

6. 10 se 15 minute badcheck krein ki chawal pkk gya h ya nhi. Agr nhi to kuch der aur rhne de slow gas pr. 

7.  Chawal ke pakne ke bad ise serve krne ke liye ek plate mein dalein aur barik kate hue kaju,badam, pista aur kishmish se garnish krein.

8. Ab apka Zarda pulao serve krne k liyein tyar hai
