Ingredients of Veg Manchurian (सामग्री)

  • Cabbage 1 medium
  • Adrak lahsun ka paste 1 spoon
  • Namak 1 spoon
  • Lal mirch 1/2 spoon
  • Garam masala 1 spoon
  • Corn flour 2 spoon
  • Maida 3 spoon
  • oil for fry
  • 2 pyaj barik Kate hue
  • Red Shimla mirch 1
  • Green Shimla mirch 1
  • Lahsun barik Kate hue 1/2 cup
  • Hari mirch 2 lambi kati hui
  • Kali mirch 1/2 spoon
  • Namak 1/2 spoon
  • Tomato sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Red chilli sauce 1 spoon
  • Soya sauce 1 spoon
  • pani 1 cup
  • Spring onion (optional)

Recipe of Veg Manchurian (विधि)

  • Sbse phle cabbage ko ache se wash kr le aur phir use kat kr mixer mein dalein.
  • Mixer mein dal kr use grind krein aur barik kr le. Aap chahein to ise kadukas bhi kr skte hai.
  • Ab ek bde bowl mein cabbage, Sarah lahsun ka paste, namak, lal mirch, garam masala dal kr mix krein.
  • Phir isme corn flour aur maida dal de aur mix krein. Dhyan rhe ki cabbage pani chod deti hai to maida ko thoda thoda kr dalein aur atta ki trh knead kre.
  • Cabbage ke bind hone ke bad iski hum Manchurian balls bnayenge.
  • Uske liye thoda thoda mixture le aur gol gol shape de kr balls bnaiye.
  • Ab ek kadai mein oil garam krein aur in balls ko golden brown hone tk deep fry krein.
  • Manchurian balls tyar hai.
  • Ek bdi kadai le aur usme thoda sa oil dalein aur garam krein. Oil garam krne ke bad isme pyaj aur lahsun dal kr bhune. Phir isme barik kati hui Shimla mirch aur hari mirch dal de aur 5 minute tk bhune.
  • Ydi apke pas red ya green Shimla mirch nhi hai to aap yellow bhi use kr skte hai.
  • Ab isme kali mirch, namak, tomato sauce, red chilli sauce, soya sauce dal de aur 5 se 6 minute tk bhune.
  • Phir isme 1 cup pani dalein aur mix krein.
  • Ydi aap dry Manchurian banana chahte hai to ek cup pani dalein aur ydi aap gravy Manchurian bnana chahte hai to 2 cup pani dalein .
  • Mix krne ke bad 1 chote bowl mein 1 spoon corn flour le aur thoda sa pani dal kr mix krein.
  • Ye corn flour ka mixture tyar kiye hue sauce mein dalein so that ye gravy thick ho jaye.
  • Corn flour gravy ko thick krne ke liye bhi use hota hai.
  • Ab corn flour dalne ke bad 5 minute tk pkaiye aur phir isme tyar ki hui Manchurian balls dal de aur ache se mix krein.
  • Iske upar thoda sa spring onion barik kat kr dale.
  • Veg Manchurian tyar hai.
  • Ise aap fried rice ke sath serve krein.
