Veg Fried Rice ek bhut hi achi dish hai. Ye ek Chinese dish hai. Jb bhi bhut tez bhuk lge to ye chawal bnana bhut hi tasty aur easy hai. Ise Manchurian ke sath ya tomato sauce ke sath khaya jata hai. Kuch log sirf fried rice bhi khate hai. Fried Rice ko chatpta bnane ke liye isme soya sauce aur chilli sauce dali jati hai. To aiye shuru krte hai ise bnane ki vidhi.

Ingredients of Veg Fried Rice (सामग्री)

  • 2 cup rice
  • 1 pyaj kata hua
  • Adrak barik kata hua 1 spoon
  • lahsun 3 se 4 kali barik kati hui
  • Hari mirch 1
  • 1/4 cup Carrot barik kati hui
  • 1/2 cup French beans barik kati hui
  • Matar ke Dane thode se
  • soya sauce 1 spoon
  • Tomato sauce 1 spoon
  • Kali mirch 1/2 spoon
  • Namak swad anusar
  • Ghee 2 spoon
  • Pani 4 cup

Recipe of Veg Fried Rice (विधि)

  • Sbse phle ek kadai mein 1 spoon ghee garam krein aur phir isme 4 cup pani dal de aur boil ane de.
  • Ab 1 bowl mein 2 cup chawal dal kr ache se wash kr le.
  • Phir ye chawal boiled pani mein dal de aur chawal pkne ke liye kadai ko lid se dhk kr slow gas pr 10 se 15 minute ke liye rkh de.
  • Beech beech mein check krte rhe ki chawal pk to nhi gye.
  • Ab ek dusri pan mein 1 spoon ghee dalein aur garam krein.
  • Phir isme Kate hue pyaj, hari mirch, lahsun aur adrak dal kr golden brown hone tk bhune.
  • Uske bad isme sbhi kati hui sbji ( vegetables) dal de aur ache se pkaiye.
  • Udhr aap chawal check kijiye ki wo pk gye hai ya nhi. Ydi pk gye hai to gas band kr de.
  • In sbji mein ab soya sauce, tomato sauce, kali mirch aur namak dalein aur 4 se 5 minute tk pkne de.
  • Uske bad isme pke hue chawal mix krein aur Halke hath se ise hilate rhiye.
  • Jyada tez mt hilayen nhi to chawal tut jayenge aur ye khile hue nhi bnenge.
  • Veg Fried Rice tyar hai.
