मटर की चटपटी चाट का स्वाद शायद ही अपने चखा हो। आज हम आपको लखनऊ की लोकप्रिय मटर चाट बनाना बताएंगे। तो आइए शुरू करते है Matar Chaat Recipe बनाने की विधि।

Matar Chaat Recipe बनाने की सामग्री

  • सफेद मटर 1 कप
  • आलू 2 उबले हुए
  • 1 बएरिक कटा हुआ टमाटर
  • नमक 1 चमच
  • लाल मिर्च 1/2 चमच
  • चाट मसाला 1 चमच
  • गरम मसाला 1 चमच
  • धनिया पत्ती 3 चमच बारीक कटी हुई
  • इमली चटनी 3 चमच
  • हरी चटनी 2 चमच
  • निंबू का रस 1 चमच
  • जीरा पाउडर 1 चमच
  • अदरक पतली पतली लंबी कटी हुई

Matar Chaat Recipe (विधि)

  • मटर की चाट बनाने के लिए सबसे पहले सूखे मटर को धोकर 7 से 8 घंटे पानी में भिगो लीजिए। इसके बाद मटर का एक्स्ट्रा पानी हटा कर इन्हें कुकर में डालिए. साथ में 2 कप पानी, 1 छोटी चम्मच नमक और 1/4 छोटी चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर डालकर मिक्स कर दीजिए. कुकर बन्द करके 1 सीटी आने दीजिए।
  • सीटी आने के बाद गैस कम कर दीजिये, और मटर को धीमी आंच पर 5 मिनिट तक पकने दीजियें।फिर कुकर की गैस बंद कर दे और कुकर खुलने का इंतजार करें।
  • मटर को प्याले में निकाल लीजिए. अब मटर में लाल मिर्च पाउडर, जीरा पाउडर, 1 छोटी चम्मच गरम मसाला पाउडर, 1 छोटी चम्मच चाट मसाला, बारीक कटा अदरक, थोड़ा सा बारीक कटा हरा धनिया, बारीक कटा हुआ टमाटर, कटा हुआ आलू और आधा नींबू का रस डालकर सभी चीजों को अच्छे से मिक्स कर लीजिए.

सुझाव

1)वैसे तो इस चाट में हमने भी या तेल का प्रयोग नहीं किया है लेकिन यदि आप घी का प्रयोग करना चाहते है तो उसके लिए एक कड़ाई में घी डाल कर गरम करे और उसमे सभी मसाले डाल कर भुने और फिर उसमे मटर डाल कर अच्छे से मिक्स करें। Matar Chaat recipe तैयार है।

2) यदि आप चाहे तो इस चाट में आप बारीक काटे हुए प्याज, सेव भी डाल सकते है।

3) अगर आप चटनी नहीं डालना चाहते तो आप इसे ना डाल कर सिर्फ मसाले डाल कर भी चाट बना सकते है।

4) परोसते समय धनिया पत्ती से सजा कर परोसिए।
