- Lahsun ki kali 12 se 15
- Tomato 1
- Dhaniya powder 1/2 spoon
- Lal mirch 1 spoon
- Namak swad anusar
- Oil 2 spoon
- Hing 1/2spoon
Recipe of Lahsun Chutney (विधि)
- Lahsun ki chutney banane ke liye phle aap lahsun ka chilka utar le aur saf pani mein wash krein.
- Phir ek mixer mein lahsun ki kali, kata hua tomato, lal mirch, namak, dhaniya powder dal de.
- Ab ise grind krein aur barik pis le.
- Iske bad ek pan mein oil dal kr garam krein aur hing dal kr bhune.
- Hing bhun Jane ke bad isme pisi hui lahsun ki chutney dal de aur 5 minute tk pkne de.
- Lahsun ki chutney tyar hai.
- Ise aap bajra roti, makki roti ke sath serve krein.
