Ashtmi Prasad/ Navmi Prasad hum Navratri mein ashtmi ya navmi wale din bnate hai. Isme hum Mata Rani ko bhog lgane ke liye , puri aur kale chane ka prasad lgaya jata hai. Ye bhut ho swadisht hota hai aur ashtmi ya navmi wale din ye parsad kanya pujan mein choti choti kanjak ko khilaya jata hai. To aiye shuru krte hai mata rani ka Ashtmi Prasad/ Navmi Prasad bnane ki vidhi .

Kala Chana for Ashtmi Prasad or Navmi Prasad

Kala chana ashtmi ya navmi wale din Navratri mein bnaye jate hai. Ye banane mein bhut hi easy hote hai. Mata rani ko kale channe, halwa, puri ka bhog lgate hai. To aiye shuru krte hai Ashtmi parsad ke kale channe bnane ki vidhi.

Ingredients of Kala Chana
(सामग्री)

  • 2 cup kale channe
  • 2 spoon oil
  • Namak swad anusar
  • Lal mirch 1/2 spoon
  • Dhaniya powder 1 spoon
  • garan Masala 1 spoon
  • Jeera 1/2 spoon
  • Amchur powder 1 spoon
  • hari mirch 1 barik kati hui
  • Hara dhaniya Patti barik kati hui

Recipe of Kala Chana
(विधि)

  • Sbse phle kale channe ko bhigo kr rkhna hai 10 ghante ke liye.
  • Uske liye channa ko 1 bde khule bowl mein dal kr 4 cup pani dalein aur rat bhar bhigone ke liye rkhe.
  • Phir 10 ghante bad means agle din chane ko cooker mein dalein aur jarurt lge to thoda pani aur dalein.
  • Cooker band kr ke gas pr rkhe aur 2 ya 3 whistle ane ke bad 10 se 15 minute tk slow gas pr rkhe rhne de.
  • Phir 15 minute bad cooker wali gas band kr de aur cooker khulne ka wait krein.
  • Ab 1 kadai mein oil dal kr garam krein aur phir isme jeera dal kr bhune.
  • Jeera bhunne ke bad isme harimirch aur baki sbhi masale namak, lal mirch, dhaniya powder, garan masala, amchur powder dal de.
  • Ab isme boil kiye hue chane dale.
  • Dhyan rhe ki chane ka pani nikal dena hai.
  • Ashtmi parsad mein channe sukhe bnaye jate hai.
  • Ydi jarurt lge to thoda sa pani dal de.
  • Ab chane ko bhune hue masale mein ache se mix krein halke hath se 10 minute lid se dhk kr rkh de so that sbhi masale ache se mix ho jaye aur pk jaye.
  • Phir 10 minute bad gas band kr de aur phir barik kati hui hara dhaniya Patti dal kr garnish krein.
  • Ashtmi Prasad/ Navmi Prasad ke liye kale chane tyar hai.

  • Aap chahein to boil kiye hue channe ka bacha hua pani ka bad mein channa soup bhi bna skte hai.

Suji Ka Halwa hum ashtmi ya navmi wale din Navratri mein Mata rani ka bhog lgane ke liye bnate hai. Ye Halwa chote bachon dwara bhi bhut pasand kiya jata hai. Ise banana bhut hi easy hai. To aiye shuru krte hai Mata rani ka Ashtmi Prasad/ Navmi Prasad ka Halwa bnane ki vidhi.

  • 1 cup suzi
  • 1/2 cup atta
  • 1 cup ghee
  • Chinni 1 cup
  • 1 spoon Kaju barik kati hui
  • Badam 1 spoon barik Kate hue
  • Kishmish 1 spoon
  • 1 cup dhudh

Recipe of Suji Ka Halwa
(विधि)

  • Sbse phle ek kadai mein ghee dal kr garam krein.
  • Phir isme suzi aur atta dal de aur mix krein.
  • Dhyan rhe ki gas slow honi chahiye nhi to suzi aur atta jl jayega ya acha nhi bnenge.
  • Halwa hamesha slow gas pr hi banana chahiye.
  • Kadai mein suzi aur atta dalne ke bad ydi apko lge ki ghee km hai to aap thoda ghee aur dal skte hain.
  • Aisa isliye because sb ke bowl ka measurement alag hota hai.
  • Ab suzi aur atta mix hone ke bad ise slow gas par halke hath se hilate hue sekein.
  • Ise sikne mein 10 minute lg skte hai.
  • Dhyan rkhe ki suzi sikne ke bad brown ho jayegi aur suzi sikne ki khushbu bhi ane lg jati hai.
  • Sikne ke bad isme dhudh aur chinni dal de aur sath hi gas full kr de aur ise haldi haldi hilate rhe so that ye kadai ke tle pr na lge aur ache se mix ho jaye.
  • Ab isme sbhi barik Kate hue kaju, badam, kishmish dal de aur mix krein.
  • Ashtmi Prasad/ Navmi Prasad ke liye Parsad ka Halwa tyar hai.

Ingredients of Prasad Ki Puri (सामग्री)

  • 2 cup atta
  • 1 cup suzi
  • 2 spoon oil
  • Namak 1 spoon
  • Oil for fry
  • Pani

Recipe of Prasad Ki Puri
(विधि)

  • Sbse phle 1 bde bowl mein atta ,suzi dal kr ache se mix krein.
  • Ab isme 2 spoon oil, namak dal de aur mix krein.
  • Ab thoda thoda pani dal kr atta bnayen.
  • Dhyan rhe ki atta thoda tight bnayen.
  • Puri ka atta skht hota hai.
  • Atta banane ke bad ise gile cotton cloth se 15 minute ke liye dhk kr rkh de.
  • Ab ek kadai mein puri fry krne liye oil garam krein.
  • Bnaye hue atta mein se thoda sa atta le aur choti choti loi bnaiye.
  • Ab is loi ko belan ki help se beleiye aur garam krein hue oil mein dal kr fry krein.
  • Fry krte time puri ko chalni ki help se palte aur dono tarf se sekein.
  • Ashtmi Prasad/ Navmi Prasad ki parsad ki puri tyar hai.
