Apple ko roz khane se hum hmesha swasth rh skte hai.Is chutney ko aap pakode, snacks ya chaat ke sath kha skte hai jo bhut achi khti hai. To aiye shuru krte hai ise bnane ki vidhi.

Ingredients of Apple Chutney (सामग्री)

  • Apple -1
  • Tamatar-250gm
  • namak swad anusar
  • Lal mirch 1 spoon
  • Sirka 1 spoon
  • Chinni 2 spoon
  • Adrak thoda sa
  • Oil 1and 1/2 spoon

Recipe of Apple Chutney (विधि)

  • Sbse phle apple aur tamatar ko ache se saf pani mein dho le.
  • Phir inhe barik barik kat lijiye.
  • Ab ek pan mein half cup water( adha cup pani) dal de aur garam krein.
  • Isme ab aap barik kata hua adrak, apple aur tamatar dal de aur 5 se 10 minute tk slow gas pr pkne de.
  • Now, gas ko band kr de aur thanda hone ke liye is mixture ko rkh de.
  • Ek mixer mein ye apple, tamatar aur adrak ko thanda hone ke bad dal de aur inhe apni icha anusar barik ya mota pis le.
  • Ab dusre pan mein 1 spoon oil garam krein aur usme ye pisa hua mixture dal de aur sbhi masale (namak, lal mirch, chinni aur sirka) dal kr ache se pkaiye.
  • Tb tk pkaiye jb tk ye thick ( gada) na ho jaye.
  • Ab gas band kr de aur chutney ko thanda hone de.
  • Thanda hone pr ise ek kanch ki bottle mein dal kr fridge mein rkhe.
  • Apple chutney tyar hai.
