  • 1 cup thick poha
  • 2 pyaj barik kata hua
  • 1 medium aloo Kate hue
  • 1 hari mirch barik kati hui
  • Nimbu ka rus 1 spoon
  • Namak swad anusar
  • Dhaniya powder 1spoon
  • Haldi 1 spoon
  • Mungfali 2 spoon
  • Curry patta 7 se 8
  • Sarso Dane 1/2 spoon
  • kaju Kate hue 1 spoon
  • Kishmish 1 spoon
  • Dhaniya Patti 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 3 spoon

Recipe of Aloo Poha (विधि)

  • Sbse phle poha ko 1 bowl mein dalein aur usme 2 cup pani dal kr 1 minute tk rkhe.
  • Aisa isliye krte hai because poha saf ho jaye aur ganda pani upar aa jaye.
  • Ab is pani ko nikal de aur saf pani dal kr 5 minute ke liye poha ko bhigone ke liye rkhe.
  • 5 minute bad pani ko ek straighner ki help se nikal de aur poha ki 10 minute ke liye straightener mein hi rhne de so that poha ka Sara pani nikl jaye.
  • Ab ek kadai mein ghee dalein aur garam krein.
  • Phir ghee mein mungfali ke Dane dalein aur 3 se 4 minute tk bhune aur phir ise plate mein nikal le.
  • Kadai mein 1 spoon ghee aur dale aur usme sarso ke Dane dal kr bhune.
  • Dane bhun Jane ke bad isme barik kata hua pyaj, curry patta aur hari mirch dal de aur pyaj ke transculent hone tk bhune.
  • Phir bhune pyaj mein usme kaju dalein aur 2 minute tk aur fry krein.
  • Bhune hue pyaj mein ab aap aloo ke piece dal de aur 2 minute fry krein.
  • 2 minute fry krne ke bad isme 2 spoon pani dal kr dhk kr rkh de aur aloo ko pkne de.
  • Check krein 2 minute bad ki aloo pk gye hai ya nhi.
  • Ydi nhi to 5 minute aur aloo ko pkne ke liye rkhe.
  • 5 minute bad ab isme haldi, namak, dhaniya powder, kishmish dal de aur sath hi poha aur nimbu ka rus bhi dal de.
  • Halke hath se poha ko mix krein.
  • Poha ke ache se mix hone ke bad isme dhaniya Patti dal de.
  • Aloo Poha tyar hai.
